I bring a Jungian perspective to my counseling. My style is also informed by systems theory, cognitive modification and the healing arts.
I approach each person as unique and valuable in themselves and let them help define our process and direction. A safe and trusting relationship and environment are first priority. I know that for true change to occur the body, mind, behavior and psyche must be engaged in a holistic process. My Jungian perspective allows me to look deeply into the psyche to the underlying cause of current challenges and work at the source for lasting and deep change.

20+ years of work with adolescents & women. Extensive background in addictions & substance abuse. 15 years of work with people of color. Counseling blended families and those in cross cultural relationships. Working with those who desire more self awareness and conscious to live life fully.
